Founded in 2015, Willow Partners is a student-led initiative dedicated to advancing the success of Florida State University's College of Business. We prepare high-achieving talent across all relevant disciplines for careers in investment banking, private equity and credit, venture capital, hedge funds, and other related high-impact financial fields.

TIMELINE
THE WILLOW PARTNERS PROCESS
START
FIRST YEAR
SOPHOMORE YEAR
Apply for NOWS during your fall semester. Internships in related industries are a requirement. Participate in Case Competitions, complete Wall Street Prep courses, and network with professionals across the country before the formal interview process kicks during the spring semester.
MIDDLE
THIRD YEAR
SENIOR YEAR
Convert junior year intership into a full-time offer. Focus turns to fostering relationships with current alumni and new members of the program.
FRESHMAN YEAR
Attend The Finance Society's weekly meetings. Develop interests through extracurriculars (undergraduate research and shadow opportunities). Search for off-cycle and summer internships while preparing for the upcoming recruiting cycle.
MIDDLE
SECOND YEAR
JUNIOR YEAR
Come back to campus having completed on-site internship in related industry on either the buyside or sellside. Spend the year preparing for future on-site internship in respective role and city, while also mentoring a member of the new NOWS cohort.
